  • BlueShift Inc was founded in 2004. With a core management team of more than two decades of managing inbound/outbound call centers in place, we aim to continue in meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations. Currently with 2 sites of a total of almost 200 seats.
  • BlueShift Inc incorporates an effective management process that maximizes, our greatest asset, our people. Through our Performance Enhancement Program (PEP), we are able to direct our people from recruitment and operations to ensure their personal success and ours as an organization.
